About The

Death. Needs. Dialogue. Entertainment Network.

We are a group of gamers from various stages in our lives, which brings a diverse range of experiences and role-playing styles to our table and to your ears. We operate in Nova Scotia, Canada and have been yeeting dice for over 5 years. We are dedicated to crafting original storylines and immersing our players in the game, and we are happy to invite you along for the ride. We have several shows that range in genre and style; The Depths of Fel'Than, our full blown fantasy adventure, Tales From the Dale: The Natural Ones, A wacky and dramatic show Dm'ed by Scott, Gritty, A western themed tale in the heart of Knotsvale, Out To Space, A hilarious collaboration of fun and folly in space, Dark Spiral, a chilling dive into strange conspiracy theories about the origin of people, and several other smaller one shots and series' like Rated R, our first campaign using the Delta Green system coming to a podcast near you. We dabble with a few different systems like standard 5e, Blades in the Dark (western homebrew), Call of Cthulu, Delta Green and some completely homebrewed contraptions.

In addition to all of these shows we host a gaming convention called Death-Con!
Death-Con 2025 was a blast, and was so successful that we have guaranteed a Death-Con 2026!

Our Story

We began with our first recording back on April 7th, 2021 with the first episode of The Depths of Fel'Than: Bridge over Resilient Rivers. We started with a large group of 7 folks sitting around the table in a basement. We were playing long 8-10 hour sessions on Saturdays, nearly every weekend. Over the first year or two our numbers shrank due to various life reasons. We had a swell again with the start of an amazing campaign called Order of the Cursebreakers. An amazing RPG DM'ed by the brain child himself, Zack. Unfortunately, like all good things, Cursebreakers came to an end and our number fell again.

We were still strong with our OG's: (that's Original Gamers) George, Heidi, and Riley. Then we were very lucky as we found a handful of new players: Scott, Keely, Max and most recently, Patrick. One of them, Scott, after a short time, jumped into the DM Position, and the markings of the Natural Ones was carved in stone. It is a terrific addition to the Death. Needs. Dialogue. Podcast.

After 3 years we decided to really delve into the culture with our own gaming convention, Death-Con! on April 5th, 6th and 7th we hosted our first, and proudly to say annual, event at the Kentville Fire Hall. It was a huge success. connecting people of all ages and backgrounds, and we even had hobbits! We can't thank you enough all who attended in 2025, you made Death-Con 2026 possible.

See you there Folks!

Have a Great summer!

See you at Death-Con 2026 on May 1st, 2nd and 3rd!
